1- Collection of Tender: Interested Companies and Establishments registered with RAEC, Tender Board and Distribution Code Review Panel (DCRP) for Electrical Works may obtain the Tender documents from Procurement & Contracts Department, Rural Areas Electricity Company at AL-Khuwair, against non-refundable payment as mentioned above for each set of document. The tender may be collected on any working day between 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM. 2- Bank Guarantee: The Tenderer should enclose a bank guarantee issued by any bank in the Sultanate of Oman for an amount equivalent to (1%) of the tender value with a validity of (90) Days from the last date of submission and addressed to Rural Areas Electricity Company (S.A.O.C). 3- Offers Submission: Tender (RAEC-56/2014- Refloat) & Tender (RAEC-13/2015) the offers should be submitted in sealed envelopes with red wax addressed to the Chairman of Internal Tender Committee, Rural Areas Electricity Company (S.A.O.C) marked with tender number and the subject. Other marks or any reference must not be printed outside the envelopes. The exterior of the envelope containing the tender document must not reveal the identity of the Tenderer. 4- Tender (RAEC-14/2015) and Tender (RAEC-15/2015) the offers should be submitted in sealed envelopes with red wax addressed to the Chairman of Tender Committee, Rural Areas Electricity Company (S.A.O.C) marked with tender number and the subject. Other marks or any reference must not be printed outside the envelopes. The exterior of the envelope containing the tender document must not reveal the identity of the Tenderer. 5- Submission Location: The Completed Tender should be deposited in the Tender Box at the Rural Areas Electricity Company (S.A.O.C) Main Office at AL-KHUWAIR, before 1:00 P.M. 6- RAECO, without mentioning the reason is not bound to accept the lowest or any other tender.
