In accordance with the following conditions: 1. Interested and Specialized Companies may obtain the auction terms & conditions from the Procurement & Contracts department, Rural Areas Electricity Company (S.A.O.C) Al Khuwair, during office hours from 8:00 am until 1:00 pm on payment of RO. 25/- (Rial Omani Twenty Five Only) ‘non -refundable’. 2. Offers should be submitted in sealed envelopes addressed to the Chairman of Purchase Committee, Rural Areas Electricity Company (S.A.O.C), marked with the auction number and subject. Other marks or reference whatsoever should be printed on the envelope. The identity of the bidder should not be revealed and should be submitted before 1:00 P.M. on the assigned date for submission of the auction. 3. The buyer must pay the complete amount of his offer within One Week of such notification by deposit or certified cheque. 4. The buyer must transfer all the material, remove the partitions and clean the location within Two Weeks from the date of client notification for taking the materials. If the buyer does not transfer the materials purchased within the specified period, the same will be confiscated by the company. Such confiscated materials will be released to the buyer upon payment of demurrage charges to be calculated by the Seller. 5. The company has the right to accept or reject any offer without giving reasons. 6. Preview of the material will be during the formal working hours on the dates specified above. 7.
